RENE LOPEZ RODEZNO

Juris Doctor degree from the University of Honduras School of Law and a Public Notary, attended a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence Program for Foreign Lawyers at New York University School of Law; the Academy of American and International Law at Southern Methodist University  School of Law; a  Law of the Sea program at the Diplomatic Academy of Perú and was an Eisenhower Exchange Fellow. Member of the Honduran Bar Association.

A  member of the Law Firm  since 1966 and actually its senior partner. Head of the Corporate Law  Department and of the Mergers & Acquisitions  team. A member of the board of directors of several corporations. A Diplomat at the United Nations and an Alternate Justice of the Supreme Court of Honduras. His area of specialty is Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions. Speaks Spanish and English.

CARLOS LOPEZ LUNA

Juris Doctor degree from the University of Honduras School of Law. A Diploma  from the Inter American Development Bank-Honduras Chamber of Commerce program in ADR  practices. Member of the Honduran Bar Association.

A clerk and later appointed Judge of a Court. A  member of the Law Firm since 1982 and head of the Administrative Law Department. Advisor of the telecommunications company in the issuance of the Capitalization (privatization) Law. His area of specialty is Administrative Law, Communications Law, Energy Law and Commercial Law. Speaks Spanish and English. 

JORGE LOPEZ LOEWENBERG

Juris Doctor degree from the University of Honduras School of Law. Master Degree (LL.M) in  International  Banking and Financial Law from Boston University School of  Law. A Diploma from INCAE-Georgetown University Law Center program on Legal Issues of International Business. Member of The Honduran Bar Association.

Member of the Law Firm since 1993 and head of the Banking Law Department. A former member of the Board of Directors of a Bank. His area of specialty is Banking and Finance Law. Speaks Spanish  and  English.

SERGIO BENDAÑA LOPEZ

Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Pedro Sula  School of Law. Master Degree (LL.M) in Business Law from Francisco de Vitoria University, Madrid, Spain. Member of the Law Firm since 2000. His area of specialty is Corporate and  Commercial Law. Speaks Spanish and English.
