Attorneys specialize in trademarks, trade names, patents, industrial designs and copyrights. They also emphasize on  periodical communication with its clients regarding the general status of their trademarks to ensure that the protection awarded remains valid throughout the entire exclusive rights period. In addition they maintain a routine watch to prevent anyone else from obtaining a similar registration. In the event of a dispute our attorneys can represent our clients in both negotiations and court litigation.

Due to the great importance of international relationships in intellectual property matters, our I.P. Department is a member of the  International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Inter American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).
